Job Title: Marketing Specialist – Muslim Kids Confidence and Leadership Institute

Responsibilities:

Content Creator:

· Develop and implement content strategies to enhance platform growth.

· Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely release of content.

· Produce engaging and relevant content with a focus on copywriting and creative design.

Automation Specialist:

· Automate email communications, funnels, and messaging bots.

· Demonstrate technical proficiency in handling automation processes.

· Effectively communicate and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

Ads Manager:

· Create and manage ads on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Google.

· Focus on generating traffic through paid advertising.

· Conduct A/B testing and analyze statistical data to optimize ad performance.

J.V / Affiliate Relations Manager:

· Build and nurture relationships with partners to promote membership.

· Proficiently use CRM software for partner relations.

· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strategic Planning:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

· Contribute to strategic direction and provide effective management input.

Brand Management:

· Build and maintain a positive brand image for the children's leadership membership business.

Target Audience Identification:

· Identify and understand the target audience to tailor marketing efforts effectively.

Content Development:

· Oversee the creation of engaging content that communicates membership value to parents and children.

Multichannel Campaigns:

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional media.

SEO and Online Visibility:

Implement strategies to improve online visibility through SEO and other online marketing techniques.

Partnerships and Collaborations:

Explore and establish partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, or educational institutions.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Event Marketing:

Organize or sponsor events related to children's education, leadership, or personal development.

Community Engagement:

Collaborate with the community manager to align marketing efforts with community values.

Customer Feedback Integration:

Incorporate customer feedback into marketing strategies to address concerns and highlight positive experiences.

Competitor Analysis:

Keep abreast of competitors' marketing strategies and industry trends.

Budget Management:

Efficiently manage the marketing budget and allocate resources across different channels and campaigns.

Loyalty Programs:

Develop and implement loyalty programs or referral systems to encourage member retention and new enrolments.

Adherence to Regulations:

Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, especially when targeting children.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· At least 3 years of proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

· Strong project management skills and experience in managing teams.

· Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and creative design.

· Technical proficiency in automation processes and familiarity with CRM software.

· Experience in managing and optimizing ads on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and Google and all other platforms.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

· Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and online marketing techniques.

· Understanding of children's education, leadership, and personal development will be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
