As Guest Relations Manager you strive to make every guest "Feel the Extraordianary". In this position, providing an excellent service experience for every guest is central, whereby personal contact with hotel guests is essential. You will work closely with all departments in the hotel. Moreover, you develop an extensive program for VIP guests, where you have a natural "drive" to surprise guests. You are also responsible for checking and complying with the Quality Standards set within the NH Hotel Group. You are responsible for resolving complaints, responding to all questions and requests that guests might have and you respond to all online reviews that guests post about the hotel.

- You speak and write English and Dutch fluently. Any other language is considered a plus
