EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION.
1. Extensive experience in an Administrative role.
2. Extensive experience in a customer focus environment.
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ABILITIES.
1. Ability to communicate effectively - verbally and in writing, and ability to produce letters, reports and statistical records.
2. Knowledge of finance and payroll systems, including petty cash.
3. Ability to deal with telephone enquiries from members of the public and other bodies.
4. A working knowledge of a range of IT systems including email, electronic diaries, Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word & Access.
5. Ability to input accurate information and maintain database system.
6. Ability to use alpha and numerical filing systems both manual and computerised.
