Responsibility:
As Logistics Consultant (m/f/d) you will support our customers from various industries and company sizes. You are a member of one of our project teams and introduce our warehouse management system EPG | LFS at customer sites in cooperation with other departments.
- You support our Software EPG | LFS via remote connections.
- You map our customers' processes in EPG | LFS and test them via remote connections or at the customer's site.
- You capture requirements and realize them together with our software developers (customizing).
- Within the scope of project management, you will take on commercial tasks (e.g. the creation of functional specifications, offers, etc.).
- You will advise customers on products and services related to our EPG Software Suite.
- You are a native speaker in German and Englisch.
- You have experience in operational logistics and/or IT consulting and you have experience with a warehouse management system, ideally EPG | LFS.
- Knowledge of project management is an advantage.
- You have a high motivation to shape, you enjoy analyzing and improving processes as well as implementing them in our EPG software suite.
- You are willing to travel internationally.
- You have successfully completed a degree (Bachelor, Master, etc.) with a focus on computer science/business administration/logistics or an apprenticeship (e.g. IT systems clerk, IT specialist).
