- Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
- Consistently delivers professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Ensures housekeeping service standards are met.
- Responds in a timely manner to special guest requests for miscellaneous items such as cribs, cribs, extra towels, etc.
- Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
- Indicates required maintenance items.
- Complies with department policies and procedures.
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimal customer service.
