YOUR DAY AT HART
- guiding and advising guests to ensure the best possible experience.
- preparing coffee and tea.
- serving and explaining our products.
- working closely with all of your colleagues and the bakers in the back of house.
- preparing the shop for opening and closing, making sure all tasks are completed correctly.
- being professional and aware of everything around you, while keeping it light and having fun - both with guests and colleagues.
