Job Summary
Application operation support for BSS Application
Job Description
1.Provide first and second tier support on system and application
2.Monitor and maintain system and application to be stability and ready to use
3.Understand, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, finding the root cause and effectively communicate to users
4.Provide timely response, follow-up and resolution to ensure all support activities are tracked and closed within committed SLA
5.Troubleshoot system, network problems, diagnosing and solving software faults
6.Configure system and application according to business requirements, debug, troubleshoot, fix configuration and integration issues
7.Work collaboratively with user and development team
8.Provide improvement for monitoring system and application proactively

Job Specification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
2. At least 2 years of experience in IT development or System/Application support
3. Can work as a team, must be able to work under extremely high pressure, excellent communications and interpersonal skill.
