Reliability Specialist
Work Location: Christmas Creek
- Fortescue’s Christmas Creek mine is located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people.
Roster:
8D/6R – FIFO ex Perth or Busselton
Key responsibilities include:
- Shutdown/Maintenance Support
- Fixed Plant Inspections/Improvements
- Reliability - Strategy Development & Support
- Root Cause Analysis
- Assisting in maintaining and increasing reliability of OPF equipment and assets
- Rectification of Defects and Plant Improvements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Trade Based Qualification (Mechanical) or Mechanical Engineer with significant Heavy Industry Experience, preferably in Fixed Plant Ore Processing
- Extensive knowledge of fixed plant equipment and operation of equipment
- Extensive knowledge of maintenance tasks and procedures
- Previous experience within Reliability teams
- Ability to interpret and understand any SWI’s, OEM Procedures and relevant maintenance documentation
- Demonstrated commitment to Health, Safety and Environment is essential.
