Job Description:
- Customer On and off Boarding
- Walk in Customer Sales Assistance
- Site Presentation, Maintenance and Cleaning
- Security
- Monitoring that the Security System is Operational
- Identification and Reporting of Security Risks
- Reporting
- Client Move In’s and Move Out’s.
- Security Incidents
- Ad Hoc Maintenance Plan, Weekly and Daily Maintenance and Cleaning Schedules, Comprehensive Maintenance Plan.
- After Hours Emergency Standby
- Stock Control
- Inventory management of consumables and ancillary sales items stock (beverages, padlocks, etc)
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Integrity and Responsibility
- Excellent people relationships – patience, politeness, enthusiasm, ambition
- Bilingual
- Alertness
- Painting and crack filling skills
- Roller door installation/adjustment skills (can be trained)
- Plumbing skills (recommended)
- Electrical skills (recommended)
- Carpentry skills (recommended)
- Understanding of the basics of the self storage and commercial property business – preferably but could be trained
- +-35 years old
