  • We have a permanent, full-time position available working in our award-winning contact centre for 5 days a week: Hours Service and Sales Specialist (7.30am-6.30 pm) - Monday to Friday. *Rosters are rotating with start times from 7.30am – 10:00am*

The Role
Our Inbound team receive a diverse range of calls in a day - from customers, consumers, employees and members of the public - and need to be on top of their game to provide high levels of customer service for each and every contact. As a Service & Sales Specialist, you'll be the first response for all our inbound customer contacts, utilising your knowledge and networks to respond to their queries in a timely manner ensuring delivery of our customer promise. Essentially, you'll be the voice of our company - ensuring our customers and stakeholders have a seamless experience. There's no weekend work, no cold calling, and you'll have the opportunity to work with an award-winning Contact Centre. Pretty amazing!


What Do I Need?
Drive, Resilience, and Exceptional People Skills! To be part of the Sales and Service Specialist team you will need great communication skills, be an expert at building relationships and have strong customer service skills. Experience in customer service is a must. You'll have a proven ability to adapt to the changing demands of a role, and an ability to work with a diverse range of customers and think on your feet. As this is a phone-based role, you'll need to be comfortable being desk-bound, as well as building rapport with the callers in a short period of time. We want you to demonstrate your ability to work as a team, hit targets and thrive on monthly initiatives.
