Office Staff [Philippines]


 

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent 4-year course.
  • Computer-proficient with good written and verbal communication skills. Familiar with basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be hardworking, attentive to details, self-motivated, can multi-task, and with good moral character
  • Willing to work in Quezon City.

Responsibilities include:

  • Clerical work such as encoding data, customer service (phone and online), word processing and typing
  • Assist in product organizing and labeling
  • Tasks such as payroll, basic accounting

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
