The Role
At Weir and Sons, we are currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team.
As a Sales Executive at Weir & Sons you will be in charge of creating strategies for promoting and selling products or services. You will serve as an intermediary between our brands and customers, recommending products and services while giving an exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for acting as an ambassador for the brands in our store, specialized in Watches & Jewellery. This is an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, see themselves as a true personal and specialized ‘advisor’- someone who is bringing an experienced career in a luxury retail environment, has a strategic sales mindset and a passion for forming meaningful relationships with our customers.
As a Sales Executive you will be:
- Delivering exceptional service to our customers, sharing product knowledge and catering to their needs
- Working as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience. From selling and replenishing stock, cashing up and organising rails, to hosting, you understand there is more to the customer experience than just selling
- Managing customer feedback, and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales and retail standards in your area
- Adapting to the challenges that vary from day to day. A flexible role, you may be required to work on different departments, taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you
- Staying ahead of the latest trends, expand your knowledge of products and competitors
